Shipping Terms & Conditions

  •   Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  •   Shipping is available Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  •   A tracking number will be provided via SMS or your preferred contact channel once the order is shipped.
  •   Please ensure that your name, address, and contact number are correct before placing your order. Any incorrect information may result in delays.
  •   If the parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

  • All orders are shipped free of charge via Thailand Post.
  • Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.
  • We offer both Registered Mail and Express Mail Service (EMS).
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided after dispatch.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping through Thailand Post International.
  • Both International Registered Mail and International EMS (Express Mail Service) are available.
  • Delivery time and shipping cost vary depending on the destination country and selected service.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on actual weight and destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Same-Day Delivery (Express Service - Bangkok Area Only)

  • We provide same-day delivery via third-party courier services such as Grab Express, Lalamove, LINE MAN, or similar.
  • For customers in Bangkok and surrounding areas,
  • Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
  • Express delivery fees are calculated based on distance and billed accordingly.

Pickup

In-Store Pickup (Selected Locations)

  • Customers may choose to pick up their order at a participating Jewellista store.
  • Pickup date and time will be confirmed after the order has been processed.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and identification when collecting your item

Pickup at Jewellista Headquarters

  • Customers can also choose to pick up their order at the Jewellista Headquarters free of charge.
  • Please notify us at least 1 day in advance to allow time for preparation.
  • Pickup hours: Monday - Saturday | 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays as announced by the company).
